why can't i hear a video i uploaded to my computer via bluetooth?

i just uploaded a 3.64 MB video from my phone onto my laptop, and then uploaded it from my laptop onto facebook. the video quality is excellent, but the only problem is that i can't hear anything when i play it on facebook or when i play it using quicktime. so far only one person has viewed it and said that they could hear it, but i wanna know what is going on so that everybody who views it can hear it
