They are already .mp4 files, but when I open up the Samsung Media Studio program and attempt to transfer a movie from my drive it does not load (left it loading for two hours and it was at 0%).
Why is this happening? Why can't my mp3 hold movies? I've had this thing since Christmas of 2008 and nothing. Somebody please help
