why cant i get into the military just because i had high blood pressure

readings at MEPS? i processed a couple of months ago at MEPS, everything was fine with me except i had high blood pressure readings so i was disqualified. the doc at MEPS said it was only temporary and if i brought him back 3 good b.p. readings, recorded and signed by an r.n. i wud b fine. so i went above and beyond and got 7 b.p. readings, all normal and within the militaries standard.i gave the readings 2 my recruiter, he never had me go back 2 MEPS. he called me 2 weeks later and told me i had 2 have my b.p. taken by a doctor, recorded and signed by the doc. so i did once again my b.p. was normal, my recruiter calls me afew days later and tells me im still disqualified. whats the deal. i
know a guy that had minor heart surgery and he got into the army and i had high blood pressure 1 day and i cant get in
