why can't i enter the nikon photo contest 2010-2011??!!!?

I WENT TO THE SITE www.nikon-npci.com and clicked 'english' and it sends me to the nikon site. I CAN'T ENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!! i can't find an 'enter the contest' button or something similar. i don't want the information; i've already read it. i have like...15 more days or something and i have to do it soon!
