My whole life I've heard people saying how breakfast should be your biggest meal, but ever since I can remember, when I get up early in the morning (like for school or camp), I can't eat more than like four spoonfuls of cereals, or like 1/3 of a muffin. After that, my throat clenches up and when I try to swallow, it makes me gag.
I get hungry like an hour and a half after that. Why?
