I keep trying to download the V-Cast Music player from the Verizon website to use with my new enV3. It tells me to enter my number and Verizonwireless.com password as well as my email address. So I do these and enter the correct password (I'm sure it's right because I just changed it and copied the password after I typed it in) but it keeps telling my that my number or password is incorrect. I have tried probably 10 times entering the correct information but it still tells me it's wrong. What can I do to solve this dilemma?
