I've already tried going to control panel and windows update to download it, but it just tells me that it has an error and can't download. I'm very frustrated and at this point don't know where to turn. I've already uninstalled previous versions of framework like 1.1 Do I need to install something additional? Please any help at all is very appreciated!!
