Why can't i download adobe flash player.?

I keep on downloadinq it but when i try to play youtube videos it tells me to download the lastt version of flash player,,which i "have"
What can i do to fix this.?
*I checked in "ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS"
And itt says i do have it installed_

PLEASE HELP_THIS IS PISSINq ME of_

Download the Flash Player uninstaller from their website then download it again and make sure your computer clock is accurate. I did that and it worked for me.
