Why can't I download Adobe Flash CS4?

Every time I try to download a trial of Adobe Flash CS4 from the website something pops up very quickly then closes and then nothing happens... What do I do? I have Windows Vista and I've never downloaded the trial of any thing of theirs... What I can make out when the page opens for that short moment is that there is some akama download thing they're talking about and then it disappears. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm using internet explorer i think, i don't have firefox or anything else
 
I found that when I download something from there site I have to use IE for it to work, firefox and opera don't work for me on their website...but I don't know which browser you are using.
