this is supposed to be one of their key features that you should be able to connect to the pc. has anyone else been having this problem???
the instructions say it's very important to follow the steps precisely as not to ruin data. after hooking the phone up via usb to the pc, im supposed to see a usb symbol pop up on the phone's notifications screen but it doesn't. in fact, the pc doesn't make a connect sound, it makes the disconnect sound. furthermore, it's not just my phone which is practically brandnew (1 week old). my husband purchased him one as well and his doesnt respond either.
the guys who sold us the phones at the metro shop also perform phone repairs etc said the phones are only responding to the mac and they havent figured out why yet. how do we work around this so they respond to a pc w/ windows? i would like to be able to put my music files on the built in mp3 player. please help
