Why can't I close the window's Yahoo! Advertiser Surveys?

It's been 3 days already the Yahoo! Advertiser Surveys pop ups. No matter what I'm trying to click "No,Thanks or Take The Survey or Close" the window's still coming may be every 1 minute. And the worse thing is if I'm not trying to click anything, the window will stay there and I can't click "No,thanks or Take The Survey or Close" and I can't read my email, my chat room. This is very disturbing me. Is this kind of a harmless virus ?
Please give me some solution, what should I do?
