Why can't i c*me during sex?

I know its normal for women to not c*me sometimes but it gets frustrating at times.SOMETIMES at that time of the month its really sensitive so i can,but only once or so!Has anyone got any ideas on what to try,positions?Etc..And also,i can c*me when its touched,just not during sex!Any tips would be great..Thanks
