i am getting very frustrated now that i can't answer calls to my phone. The screen just goes blank and there is no way of answering the call. if i press the centre button under the screen it just ends the call and makes me look like i'm hanging up on the people trying to call me which isn't good. I then have to ring them back everytime which is costing me too much money. Please help me in trying to solve this problem, i just want to be able to answer my calls like normal. Thanks.
