Why can't I access my (Sprint) Samsung Rant's picture mail?

Well I've been receiving picture mails without a problem until now. Someone sent me a picture mail 3 days ago and when I try to open my picture mail it just sais "Busy processing incoming messege. Please wait and try again." I understand it saying that 3 minutes after the messege was sent but not 3 days after. I also can't access my saved mail and my sent mail. Please help.
 
That sounds really strange. I have that same phone and that has never happened to me. You should call the spring operator people, they are pretty good will helping you and figuring out the problem. If that doesn't work you should go to a sprint store that can also repair phones.
