Why can't anyone debate Al Gore?

UK's Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, claimed House Democrats have refused to allow him to appear alongside former Vice President Al Gore at a high profile global warming hearing on Friday April 24, in Washington. Monckton told Climate Depot that the Democrats rescinded his scheduled joint appearance at the House Energy and Commerce hearing on Friday. Monckton said he was informed that he would not be allowed to testify alongside Gore when his plane landed from England Thursday afternoon. “The House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face,” Monckton told Climate Depot in an exclusive interview. “They are cowards.”
Why doesn't congress want to hear the other side of the debate?

Starburs: I just heard Monckton on a radio show today. He is a very well spoken polite British man. He definetly didn't have bad manners. The point is he was scheduled to speak. He flew all the way from England, then all of a sudden they said he couldn't come. I beleive it's becaues Gore is too much of a chicken shite to debate a real scientist.

Global warming will stop because the swine flu is going to kill off 4 billion people worldwide. If this happens then we won't have to worry about global warming anymore. We will have to shut down the nuke plants quickly or they will go out of control and even more will die.

Because he is right about the Environment If he was President and not W. We would better off now, I Like Obama as President BTW.
