I had a BB8300 that I bought a year ago, I had bought some ringtones for it and then I stopped using it. Now that I am using it, it will not let me use my ringtones that I had bought. I am hoping someone could help me because I bought quite a bit and would be upset if they are unrecoverable! Thank you in advance.
