Why can i not download the files for the Minecraft mod Optimine created by Scaevolus?

I am looking for any mod that boosts my FPS and reduces my servers laginess. I found this great looking one made to increase your FPS by about 20 or more, but when i go to click on the link to download i get this: Oops! This page appears broken. DNS Error - Server cannot be found.
Any help would be greatly apriciated and if you have any sujestions for a FPS enhancer for my server please let me know, thanks.
