cause when u have it coming outta the bottom, and u wanna rip the piece with one hand, it doesnt rip..just keeps rolling

over the top it's annoying when someone puts in coming out the bottom because the toilet paper then on rolls itself some times and its just easier to find where it left off when you go over the top. over the top the right way and only way it should be done
