Why aren't their ugly women on Fox?

They all look like former pageant queens with big hair and tons of makeup. Like Barbie dolls.
 
Not only Fox news, but every news service employ women that could pose as Maxim models. The reason for this is that beautiful women will attract more viewers (specifically male) than women of the unattractive type (eyesore)
