Why aren't the people asking questions in the debate at least slightly nervous?

Wouldn't you be a tad bit nervous if you were at the debate and were selected to ask a question in front of the millions of viewers in the country?

Why are they not nervous? Are they ordinary people or people involved in the campaigns who are used to public speaking?
