Why aren't the bibles in churches and in book stores not based on the Khabouris Codex?

Why are they based on the Sinaiticus Codex or Alexandrinus Codex when Christianity was a middle east religion in the first place?

Shouldn't bibles be based on the Khabouris Codex? it was as close to the original as possible?
What good is a bible is it's accuracy lacks because of having to be translated from language to language to languages over hundreds if not 1000's of years. I would think it would begin to lack over time. I won't touch a Sinaiticus Codex or Alexandrinus Codex based bible because of that reason. The best I can do is refer to the Khabouris Codex based bible (peshitta) at the moment
