Why aren't my Artist Name, Album Name and Album Art showing? (LG KM900 Arena)?

Hi! I just got an LG Arena KM900 and I put some songs on it, but the Album Art, Artist Name and Album Name aren't showing. On Windows Explorer (on my Computer), all that information is present, so I don't understand why it isn't showing here. Please help my identify and solve the problem for 10 POINTS!
