I have dyed/highlighted my hair many times. I am about to highlight it with bleach again, and it made me wonder, why does it tell you to rinse out each strand with warm water individually? Usually, I just pull out the foil and rinse it all out at once; makes my life easier. Is this just a tactic built to help prevent dye getting onto the hair not wanted to be dyed? If so, I have never had an issue. Thanks!
