I did a little research and saw that the Supreme Court upheld voter ID laws in Crawford v Marion County Election Board (2008).
I thought the high court's decision would be binding throughout the country? So why is the country still split over this?
-Jesus Christ- I could've worded my question better. I'm not asking if it's a good or bad law, I'm asking why some states are allowed to stil block voter ID laws when the Supreme Court clearly ruled that it's constitutional.
-Frank- Thanks, that clears it up.
