accomplishments not enough? Despite having beaten in spectacular fashion at least five future hall of famers, and winning an unprecedented 7 championships in 7 weight divisions, why is their still argument whether or not Manny Pacquiao is overrated? Are his accomplishments in the ring not enough to put him in the same league as Sugar Ray Leonard, Ali, JCC and other boxing greats? What else does he have to do to prove his worth and secure his legacy? Will winning against Mayweather finally put an end to all the doubt being thrown at him?

pacquiao will definitely go down as one of the greatest of all time. he's cemented his legacy w/ what he has already accomplished throughout his illustrious career regardless of how the pacquiao/mayweather fight goes down. he can't be overrated because he's stepped up to every challenge in front of his thus far. pacquiao could retire today and he would still be considered an icon in boxing. if anything, i think fighting mayweather would only bolster mayweather's career more so than pacquiao's career. pacquiao has won big fights, and he's lost a few as well. for mayweather, it's all about his undefeated streak. nothing more. mayweather might be a better boxer, but pacquiao leaves a bold exclamation mark for the world of boxing in a positive manner of past present and future.

he's got nothing on Mayweather. Pacquiao is a good fighter but he doesn't train all year long since he is also an actor, singer.. etc.. Mayweather's got way better conditioning and training in my opinion. Would be an awesome fight though..

Maybe because some people just can't accept their favorite stars being beat by him >:P
Win or lose against Mayweather he will still be in the same league as the boxing greats just because of all he has done. My opinion anyway

...EVENTHOUGH PACMAN BEATS MAYWEATHER THERE WILL ALWAYS BE AN ARGUMENT IN PACMAN'S GREATNESS......WHY????

...BCOZ PACMAN IS A FILIPINO......

Some people are blind or pretending to be. Or perhaps they just can't accept that this humble but exceptionally talented Filipino is the current toast of the boxing world and is now among the greatest in boxing history. It's a pity really.
