Most small arms in service with the US military are foreign made.

FN (Belgian company)- M249 SAW, M240, M16, Browning m2
Beretta (Italy)- M9
Benelli (Italy)- M1014 shotgun
HK (Germany)- USP, MP5, HK416

My question is, why is Europe making our guns? Shouldn't we? We could easily make just as good of a product.
BTW, I put browning m2 in FN, because FN owns browning
No actually I dont know why. A glock lacks a safety.
Colt still makes the M4. They sold the m16 design to Fabrique Nacional (FN)

the M16 is made by colt a US company, the .450 cal is also US made. ....we make most of the west bigger arms....
