why are there no restrooms in casino buffets?

Casino buffets are great, but there's never any restroom inside the buffet area. I always have to leave the buffet to the general casino area, do my thing, then head back inside the buffet. Why are there no restrooms inside the buffet area?

No, I doubt it's "so you'll walk by slot machines and drop some money"

I'm sure I could think of some conspiracy theory about trying to get you to put more money into the slots or prevent bulimics from hacking up their lunch and then going to seconds like the Romans did, but I'm sure the answer is more simple.

IMO, it's probably because people who leave the buffet to go to the bathroom don't come back. They just wait until they are done eating, and since they have to pee, they leave sooner. Moving the restrooms out of the buffet gets some of the people out sooner, which saves the casino money (the sooner you leave, the less you eat, and the sooner they can fill your seat back up). Conspiracy theories abound, but in the end, simple economics prevail.

yeah it's true, most casino doesn't have restrooms inside the buffet, they actually want you to walk out to the casino floor and find other alternatives. It another simple strategy alure you to gamble more, and want you to see what's other guest are doing beside eating. So by the time you are back to your table, you want to finish up and go for a gamble.
Same strategy as no clock on the wall for you to know how long you been playing, and also all drinks are on the house, you can get drunk all the way, so they can take more of your money. Casino is a form and a place for entertainment, where they hire people to think, strategize and plan the best way to server while taking from you. so there'll not be a restroom in the buffet, and they can careless how many time you are in and out of the place. as long you stay to gamble.
