discrimination ? Disabled low income residents are left homeless by the government funded organizations that were designed to help them. Many are citizens who worked their entire lives paying taxes. There are agencies that these people are referred to if they need legal help but are then turned away.Not because their case is invalid but simply that no Pro-bono help is available for them. Hence forth the discrimination continues..Where did all the lawyers go?
