discuss their problems?
I think it is important as tablets do not help with the problem
Are there any in your area?

I don't know, but i think there should be, there's so much support for people with depression and anxiety and people with drug and alcohol problems. I think it's possibly because it's harder to treat a personality disorder and because it's not as common as depression etc, so they just don't have the resources.

Ask your physician if he/she has or knows about any group meetings for whatever topic you're looking for. Chances are he/she knows about one or two.

Try calling your nearest Crisis Hot Line..they might have access to that information.

Try looking in the yellow pages of your local telephone book.

it depends on where you live and what disorders there are groups but you have to search for them in certain place they don't have the funding to get together or run services like discussion groups if you live in the uk you can get advice from citizens advice on where to find such groups there are online ones also but few and far between
