Its well known in Singapore and Malaysia that Hainan Chefs,make one of the best foods around.They are known to cook for English people.And they make fantastic steaks,western food,kaya bread,Rice..etc.They,i believe,is the first generation Fusion food people.Does anyone have relatives or grandfathers who were cooks before?
