1. They're IDIOTS!! Don't y'all all come after me on some kind of race thing or you'll get it right back, but I'm finding that "SOME", and it seems to be dwindling fast, of my husband's colleagues, are still holding on ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BLACK THING!

If you run his real family tree back you will find that only one side of his daddy's his black!
Anyway, the ONLY REASON YOU SEE BUMPER STICKERS ON POLICE OFFICERS PRIVATE VEHICLES IS ONLY THAT! Now if you see one on a WHITE officers care LET ME KNOW!!
Also, if you EVER SEE ONE ON THEIR OFFICIAL CARS YOU SHOULD REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE THAT'S A DEFINITE BIG NO-NO AT ANY DEPARTMENT!! In Uniform they ALL MUST BE NON-PARTISAN...RIGHT...LOL!
BTW!!! I sure love my guns, too, and have plenty of them from 17th century double-barrel black powder long rifles to the newest, prettiest little, & biggest, fastest things you've ever seen... And, yes I can shoot each one straight as an arrow into the middle of the black of the bullseye every time!! Though I must admit if I was to do that with the black powder shotguns & rifles... There wouldn't be anything left of the back of the range or the bullseye if I packed them as I like to. We're taught to shoot in the Southern Hills before we're taught to tie our shoes... ;~). Oops! Almost forgot! I'm definitely certified to carry a gun.... with my job it's definitely required...lol!

Were you even at Virginia Tech? I doubt it! Virginia Tech was largely built on two of my family's plantations. To visit some of our private family small graveyards we have to literally go around, and up to turkey houses (I can't remember right off what they're called!). He was on a mission & nothing was going to stop him.
As the saying goes, "Guns don't kill people, criminals do." And whether you want to believe it, or not, that's the TRUTH!
Criminals will have guns no matter how many laws are passed. The only thing laws do are to TAKE GUNS AWAY FROM THE GOOD GUYS & GALS!! THE CRIMINALS LOVE THAT BECAUSE THEN IT'S OPEN SEASON FOR THEM!
HOW DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE FOR YOU TO LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE ONLY THE EXTREMELY UNDERMANNED POLICE OFFICERS & THE EXTREMELY HUGE GANGS OF CRIMINALS HAD GUNS?

If you did go to VA Tech you would know that monster would have done his deed whether he'd had a gun, a weed eater, a chainsaw, bow 'n arrow, or anything else he could find.
