Journalists use the word 'militant' when more accurate terms exist such as ‘terrorist’, ‘murderer’ or ‘suicide murderer’. My question is this. By sanitising through neutral speech something that is evil, cowardly, morally repugnant and loathsome, are journalists not themselves aiding and abetting wickedness?
