in cicero illinois the t mobile networks are down i can't send or receive txt or calls its not just me its allot of people i know does anyone know why i tried turning of my phone taking out the battery and still nothing even though my phone says i have reception i have the memoir my friend has the g1 and my other friend has 3g dash please help
