Why are social services still blame dodging over the little baby?

still saying 'Lessons must be learned' yadda yadda yadda - we want people to be HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
I want to see the Social Workers responsible for failing that poor mite to be dealt with as they should - the baby was sent home 3 times.
 
Have the parents admitted any sort of guilt? Or are they not going to be quizzed by the media on their 'failings'?
 
The mother, her boyfriend and their twisted mate are to blame for that poor child's death. They are being held accountable for causing the child's death, though not, unfortunately, murder.

I am in America, and haven't heard this story except on Y!A then I looked it up online.
That is just the most horrendous thing I have ever heard! I was about in tears, poor thing even had a broken back. What a horrific life for a sweet baby. It makes me so sick.
Anyone who could have prevented this in anyway should definitely spend some time in jail to get their priorities in order.
