i watched bill mahrs Religulous and its awesome .. he really gets in peoples faces with good questions and its funny to see people get so upset while he is being perfectly civil. it seems that to offer an alternative idea is pointless when people will not consider it even for a second. its like they are terrified of being proven wrong.. clinging to their religion

Religion is one of these things that are made just for one purpose:

CONTROL

once you are in... (and become a true 'believer') you have no choice, because everything happening around you, and I mean everything, is unquestionable, because is God's plan...

In essence... religious people don't question their beliefs, because it goes against them... It's an endless loop.

Bring it! =] lol, as I said, I want to start a change in that. I'll accept people debating me, asking me questions without losing it on em, lol. After all, if I truly believe in what I believe in why should I be afraid to be proven wrong?

I believe that it's alright to question faith to know what you're getting yourself into. And I also think it's kinda funny when you see people upset over a man asking questions in a civil manner, lol
