It seems if you want to lower pregnancies, and therefore abortions among 13 and 14 year olds who, whether we like it or not, are having sexual intercourse, the only way to do so would be to educate them and give them free contraceptive devices.
My theory is that you can't really be Pro Life until you've adopted at least one unwanted foster kid. Until you do that, you're just a hypocrite. Take care of the kids that are alive.
