wearing pads. and the pads they wear, they arent even the soft pillow-ish type pads those stupid arrogant Europeans are thinking about. The pads american football players wear are actually "PLASTIC" and are basically solid, so they still hurt. The only soft padding they wear is around the kneecaps and optional thigh pads. so careers wont go down the toilet. Ironically theyve never played a game of American football, if they did they would see how grueling it is to play, Rugby cant hold a candle to our sport, no pads in their sport dosent mean its a tougher sport. they probably dont tackle each other as hard in fear of hurting themselves.
