It would depend on the games available I suppose.
The interface on a PC (often mouse and keyboard) offers a large variety of controls. COD for example, has easy aiming with a mouse.
The extra computing power may allow better features, graphics and so on, not capable of running on the consoles.
PC games are highly configurable with lots of downloads, patches, addons and so forth.
Online play is much easier.
