M Miomega New member Sep 14, 2011 #1 Whenever I download a video via Utorrent, the video plays VERY slowly, frame by frame, and the picture is pixelated. Also, the sound is just a bunch of blip sounds. Why is this with EVERY SINGLE VIDEO? Thanks.
