on Tuesday night I took a pilates class for the first time..it was pretty intense..
the next day my hips and legs were hurting and sore so I took that day off except I did lots of sit ups and crunches
I want to take another pilates class today ..But my ribs and back are hurting every time I breath deeply
and my abs are a little sore and my hips still hurt a little..
Can I take the class again?? I REALLY want to!! :[
