I use a Minolta Maxxum AF 5000, not a digital camera.
When I get my photos developed, the colors are so flat and the pictures are rather dull, even if it looked beautiful through the lens.
Also, there is crosshatching on the photos that I have taken of the night sky (little parallel and perpendicular lines intersecting across the whole photo).
Other pictures that I see that are taken with manual cameras (no photoshop, no enhancing) are so beautiful and 3D and colorful. What can I do to make my photos look so vivid?
If the problem is my light source, can you give me some tips or a site to refer to so that I can familiarize myself with good/bad lighting situations?
