Same exact question someone else submitted 2 days ago. Two days ago (rather coincidental, I'd say) MY new (UNREAD) emails starting coming into inbox already "un-bolded", as if they'd already been viewed. Yahoo thought it might be because when I go to email on my Verizon phone (even if I leave them unopened in the phone), it's somehow telling Yahoo that the emails have already been viewed. So the guy at AT&T couldn't answer this one either, but that was his guess. He suggested I remove the inbox from my phone for a while and see if that changes things. I don't know how to do that and have some fears doing that as well.
why are my new emails not bold?
