I exercise nearly everyday for at least an hour. I ride my bike (slowly, so as to warm-up) about 10 minutes to the basketball court, stretch, play intensely for 45-60 minutes, hit the gym for a light workout and then cycle back.
I'm only 27, but my knee caps creak and ache a little when I cycle!
Am I over-doing it? Is it the impact of the jumping when playing basketball? Not enough stretches?
