i have an 88 inline 6. the most basic one you can think of. no 4 wheel drive. when its really cold or raining. when i start off, my brakes lock up and i of course skid. why is it doing this and what can i do to fix it. my drum brakes are brand new. every part on them are new. my front brakes are fine, i checked them out when i got tires on the front and their fine. i'm at a loss on what to do. thanks for the help!
