fish is going gold :S? I have three ping pong/pearl scale goldfish that are about 8 months old. Two are changing colours.
- One is orange with a black dorsal fin and tail fin, that is fading to a transparent gold colour
-One is/was pure white albino, almost totally transparent, now is turning a strange yellow/gold colour.
I take very good care of them, feed them twice a day with top quality food, clean the tank twice a week and constantly measure pH. I have live plants and do not stress the fish with a high powered filter, its just on low so avoid to much water movement as the fish are poor swimmers.
If you have answers, I'd love to know. I'm totally lost with this.
