My brand new Logitech Z523s are producing static and crackling after moving them to another room in my building. When I plug my headphones into the on-board jack I get the same sounds. The intercom system in this building has a similar problem, and they are loud enough to hear that the in between the crackling is a radio broadcast (from some sort of all-weather channel, no less)..but this did not start happening to my speakers until I moved into this new room. What is the problem, and how do I fix it?
