...air-tight container? I bought 2 lbs of quality coffee at a good price, vacuum-sealed 7 quarts in bags, put them in the freezer, inside a paper bag, and then put the remaining quart of beans inside one of those black ceramic latched things that go on the kitchen counter. That was two days ago. Today I opened the container to get out a couple scoops and the beans didn't smell as good and the coffee didn't taste as good. The container was dry, but the beans had water droplets on them today when I opened the container. What gives?
