Well I was driving around in a few different cars today and finally came to realize that my cars pedals are extremely soft compared to theirs. Their pedals were tougher and took some good pressure to make them move/accelerate/brake. My pedals, both brake and accelerator are both really soft to a point were it is actually pretty annoying now. Is there a reason behind this and is there a way that I can make my cars pedals a bit tougher? Also to add my car is a 1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4L with a Secret Weapon CAI and a glasspack muffler. I have also had the engine cleaned up as well as replaced tubes and other things like belts so my car is in good shape (100XXX Miles) and has a good amount of power compared to the 1997 honda civic non vtec that had a tough pedal and a better feel when accelerating and braking. Thanks in advance for your replies! Best answer gets 10 points.
