Why are many of the fox news white female anchors hot ?

Why are they all white? Does fox news want to appeal to white supremacist?Or, are all female anchors on any news channel always good-looking?Have I just been watching too much fox news? Is it because of less gender discrimination in they fox news business?Were women of the past not allowed to be news anchors which makes the femal anchors of today young? Is it simply just to attract more male viewers? I'm only 18 and Greta doesn't count as the hot anchor.
 
The answer is the same reason the other networks have hot anchors-sex sells. I like the Headline News gal in the early morning. I don't remember her name at the moment.
