I am the Chair of the Department of Business & Marketing Education of a large, New York City inner city public high school. I am having such a hard time finding people to hire for open positions in the Department because, apparently, year after year, less and less young Americans are stepping forward and answering the call to become Business & Marketing Educators.
We're losing them to Wall Street. I think that is the problem. More have big $ signs in their eyes, rather than Public Service in their hearts.
